Thank you for booking your appointment at Rubiology! Kindly review all below information about your upcoming appointment.

For In-Office Appointments:
We are committed to protecting the safety of our clients, staff, and our community while maintaining the highest quality of care for you, our valued patient. Thus, in accordance with the very latest recommendations from the Center and Disease Control and California Department of Health, we ask that you follow the steps below to best ensure the safety of all if you have an in-office appointment with us:

• Be on time.

• Due to new COVID-19 Protocols, you must come into the office alone. Except if the client is a minor receiving treatment/service, then one Parent/Guardian may be present.

• Wear a face mask or face covering.

• Pre-screening. Each client will be pre-screened before entering our offices. Please do not enter if you have a fever, cough, or other flu like symptoms. We will gladly reschedule you.

• Maintain social distancing practices.

Cancelation Policy - No shows or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee and will not be applied towards future appointments. Clients running late may be subject to rescheduling for a different date/time - cancelation policy applies.
