The Rubiology team is looking for an electrologist to join our Claremont office. Everyone on the Rubiology team is responsible for ensuring a positive guest/patient experience from the time a patient enters our offices to the moment they leave. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping our guests feel comfortable with their electrolysis experience, knowledge of our beauty and skin care products, provide excellent customer service, be reliable and professional, and enjoy creating relationships with our guests, medical patients and other staff members.

 

This is a part-time hourly position that includes weekend hours. This position requires license and certification, no experience necessary, hiring team provides intensive training.

We are looking for a California Licensed Electrologist to become a RUBIOLOGIST on our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing our guests w/ the best electrolysis treatment, learning the Rubiology technique, helping our guests feel comfortable with their Rubiology electrolysis experience, learn to provide skin care advice, provide excellent customer service, be reliable, professional, enjoy creating relationships with our guests, medical patients, and other staff members.

We seek to expand The Rubiology team by hiring a licensed California Electrologist.

​

Location in the Claremont Village, CA.​

Job Responsibilities:

​

Our hiring team provides intensive training on our Rubiology technique & methods before we release you on our schedule.  We are lookinng for a part-time California Licensed Electrologist with heart and hustle.

​

• Check-in guests to our office and efficiently prepare them for their visit. 

• Debrief electrologists of guests' needs and concerns.  

• Ensure all treatment rooms are up to par with medical standards throughout the day.  

• Assist with guests' phone calls, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and accurately balancing cash.

• Provide all guests with post-procedure care instructions, and other guests' questions.  

• Utilize company-provided electronics and software to access medical records and input notes, photos, etc. in our HIPAA compliant platforms. 

• Take before and after photos of all guests.

• Ensure the patient has completed all necessary consent forms prior to procedure.  

• Become familiar with skincare products, Electrologist procedures, and our company culture. 

​

• Experience: Accepting Entry Level License: CA Licensed Electrologist Language: English and Spanish (Preferred)

• California State license -Some experience a plus -

• Eager to promote business and retain existing clients (Promoting Packages and products) -

• Professional attire, work ethic, and reliability is CRITICAL 

• Strong communication skills with staff and clients 

• Exhibits energy, passion, commitment and dedication 

• Knowledge and understanding of the benefits of electrologist 

• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of rooms 

• Must be able to work weekends and evenings
