Rubiology Electrolysis is committed to providing exceptional care. Due to limited appointments, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.

 

If you cancel with at least 24 hour notice, you will receive a full refund and no fee will incur. The payment already processed at the time you scheduled your appointment on-line will be refunded.

Unfortunately, if cancel your appointment without a 24-hour advance notice, or if you don’t call at all and simply miss your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services for the missed appointment.  This cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file or 50% of your prepaid service will be refunded.

 

Late Policy: If you are late by 10 minutes, it will be deducted from your treatment session & if you are late past your appointment, we consider that a missed appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services for the missed appointment.
