To book an appointment online

 

New Clients: Please select  Virtual Consultation, click the box on right side of service, follow the prompts.

 

Returning Clients: Please select appointment for Face or Body, use the drop down arrow at the end of the service description.
 

  1. Select length of appointment time 15, 30, 40 or 60 minute session.

  2. Check the upper right corner and follow the prompts.

  3. Please call our office to schedule if you are redeeming an e-giftcard.

To redeem e-giftcards for online booking appointments 
 

  1. Follow instructions for booking an online appointment.

  2. When prompted for credit card information, please use egift card redemption code (from confirmation email).

  3. For expiration date: please use a valid date beyond today's date, for CVV code please enter "000".

For In-Office Appointments:
We are committed to protecting the safety of our clients, staff, and our community while maintaining the highest quality of care for you, our valued patient. Thus, in accordance with the very latest recommendations from the Center and Disease Control and California Department of Health, we ask that you follow the steps below to best ensure the safety of all if you have an in-office appointment with us:

• Be on time.

• Due to new COVID-19 Protocols, you must come into the office alone. Except if the client is a minor receiving treatment/service, then one Parent/Guardian may be present.

• Wear a face mask or face covering (Optional).

• Pre-screening. Each client will be pre-screened before entering our offices. Please do not enter if you have a fever, cough, or other flu like symptoms. We will gladly reschedule you.

• Maintain social distancing practices.

 

Cancellation Policy 

Guests will be charged 50% of the appointment fees, up to $50 maximum for "NO-SHOWS" OR "CANCELLED" appointments with less than 24 hours advanced notice. Starting April 1st, guests will be charged 50% of the appointment fees, up to $50 maximum for "NO-SHOWS" OR "CANCELLED" appointments with less than 48 hours advanced notice. The appointment fee will not be applied towards future appointments.

Guests who repeatedly cancel may be required to pre-pay for appointments and can be removed from any reoccurring or pre-existing appointments.
