We strongly encourage completing your state-required training and licensure first. Mentorship is most impactful once your clinical foundation is in place.
You already own a practice outside of California and operate within your own state and city regulations. You may also apply. Certain adjustments will be made for your mentoring.

The Rubiology Method™ Mentorship is designed to build on that foundation, helping practitioners refine technique, build a modern business, develop real-world confidence, and deliver life-changing results for their clients.

This is not a school, certification, or licensure program.

It is private coaching and professional mentorship, in person or virtually with Stephanie Rubi.

Here’s how mentorship is structured depending on where you are:

California Licensed Electrologists: Eligible for in-person or virtual mentorship including hands-on supervised participation where permitted under California regulations.
Students & Unlicensed Practitioners: We strongly encourage completing your state-required training and licensure first. Mentorship is most impactful once your clinical foundation is in place. For those still in training, mentorship is structured as compliant observation, coaching, case review, technique discussion, business strategy, and professional development.
Out-of-State or International Practitioners: Mentorship is available with adjustments made to honor your state, city, and local regulations. Business strategy, marketing, and professional coaching are fully available.

Once approved, you can book focused mentorship time: a one-hour coaching session, a three-hour shadow experience with one-on-one in-person coaching, or a multi-day intensive.

We’ve created a compliant pathway to share the Rubiology Method™, wherever you are in your journey, while respecting state regulations and protecting the integrity of the profession.

Electrology school is the required foundation for safe, ethical, and legal practice. This mentorship is designed to build on that foundation, not replace it. We encourage all unlicensed applicants to complete their state-required training and licensure before pursuing hands-on mentorship.

In-person hands-on participation with live human subjects is only available to California licensed electrologists where permitted under California regulations. For those who are unlicensed, in training, out of state, or international, mentorship is structured as compliant observation, coaching, case review, technique discussion, business strategy, and professional development.

Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with the electrolysis practice regulations in their state, city, and jurisdiction.
