Our electrologist will call you and the consultation calls are made from our secondary office line.

NUMBING

Rubiology does NOT supply numbing products! If you choose, please purchase numbing creams/sprays for your own personal use and apply before your appt time.

 

We recommend doing a test area and applying 15-30 minutes PRIOR to your appt time.

• Equate 4% lidocaine cream (Walmart)

• MyDerm 5% Lidocaine Spray (Amazon; Good for body, Not face!) 

• Curist 5% Lidocaine numbing relief Cream (Amazon; good for large areas due to bottle size)

 

FOR IN OFFICE APPOINTMENTS:

When you Arrive:

• Please come ALONE to your Appointment

• Arrive with Numbing Cream APPLIED & ready for your session (if you choose)

• Park in our TWO spots at the front of our Building OR our TWO spots to the right of our Building. Street parking is also available!

• Prior to your treatment, drink lots of water & hydrate the treatment area with moisturizer. We recommend consuming half your body weight in ounces of water

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

No-shows, Cancellations, or Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the appointment total. Paid Cancellation fee will NOT be applied to future appointments.

Clients running late may be subject to rescheduling; Cancellation policy applies.
